These general terms and conditions apply to every offer of the entrepreneur and to every distance contract and order between the entrepreneur and the consumer.
Before the distance contract is concluded, the text of these general terms and conditions will be made available to the consumer. If this is not reasonably possible, the consumer will be informed where the terms can be viewed and that they will be sent free of charge upon request.
If the distance contract is concluded electronically, the terms may be provided electronically in a way that allows saving and future consultation.
If specific product or service conditions apply in addition to these terms, the consumer may always rely on the most favorable provision in case of conflict.
If one or more provisions are void or annulled, the contract remains valid and the invalid provision will be replaced with one that reflects the original intent as closely as possible.
If an offer has limited validity or is subject to conditions, this will be explicitly stated.
The offer is non-binding. The entrepreneur may adjust the offer at any time.
The offer contains a complete and accurate description of the products and or services offered. Images are a truthful representation.
Obvious mistakes do not bind the entrepreneur.
All specifications, images, and information are indicative and cannot lead to compensation or dissolution.
Each offer clearly states:
Price (excluding customs and import VAT for deliveries outside the EU)
Any shipping costs
How the contract is concluded
Whether the right of withdrawal applies
Method of payment, delivery, and execution
Validity period of the offer
Whether the contract is archived and how it can be accessed
How the consumer can check and correct submitted data
Any additional languages
Any codes of conduct
Minimum duration for continuous contracts
Optional details such as available sizes, colors, materials
For deliveries to countries such as Canada or the United States:
Prices exclude local taxes, import duties, and customs clearance fees
These fees are charged by local customs authorities or the courier at delivery
Customers are responsible for paying these upon receipt
When legally required (e.g., GST HST registration in Canada), these taxes will be displayed and collected at checkout
The contract is concluded when the consumer accepts the offer and meets the conditions.
If accepted electronically, the entrepreneur will confirm receipt immediately. Until this confirmation is received, the consumer may dissolve the contract.
The entrepreneur ensures secure electronic data transfer and payment.
The entrepreneur may investigate the consumer’s ability to meet payment obligations. If justified, the entrepreneur may refuse an order or attach conditions.
With the product or service, the consumer will receive:
The address for submitting complaints
Instructions regarding the right of withdrawal, or notice if excluded
Guarantee and after-sales information
All required details from Article 4
Conditions for contract termination in case of long-term or indefinite contracts
For continuous transactions, this applies only to the first delivery.
All contracts are subject to the availability of the products.
